This thesis entitled ‘Roles of Buddhist Monks Who Teach morality in Managing Dhamma Studies for Secondary Schools, Bangnamprieo District, Chachoengsao Province’ has three objectives:  1) to study the promotion of learning management on the roles of Buddhist monks who teach morality in managing learning and teaching Buddhism to secondary schools, first level to third level of Bangnamprieo District, Chachoengsao Province, 2) to compare the promotion of learning management on the roles of Buddhist monks who teach morality in managing learning and teaching Buddhism to secondary schools, first level to third level of Bangnamprieo District, Chachoengsao Province, and 3) to propose the guidelines to promote learning management on the roles of Buddhist monks who teach morality in managing learning and teaching Buddhism to secondary schools, first level to third level of Bangnamprieo District, Chachoengsao Province. This is a survey research. 1440 populations were used in the research and 249 questionnaire were also used to collect data.

                 Research findings were found that:

1)The analysis of students’ opinions towards roles of Buddhist monks who teach morality in managing Dhamma studies for secondary schools, Bangnamprieo District, Chachoengsao Province was of high level (X̅=4.35), in each domain it showed that it was at high level in overall, the most highest levels were: 1) the evaluation of students’ morality and ethics, 2) the development of morality and ethics in learning and teaching of students, 3) the schools’ activities on the development of students’ morality and ethics, and 4) the development of environment in schools concerning with the development of morality and ethics.

2) In the comparison of students’ opinions towards roles of Buddhist monks who teach morality in managing Dhamma studies for secondary schools, Bangnamprieo District, Chachoengsao Province, its results showed that overall  in personal domain they were found that students who were in differences in terms of gender, age, educational level and school were of indifferent opinions towards roles of Buddhist monks who teach morality in managing Dhamma studies for secondary schools, Bangnamprieo District, Chachoengsao Province. Based on this finding, it showed that the mentioned hypothesis was statistically at 0.05.

3) Suggestions were found that while managing learning and teaching Buddhism to secondary school including the application of morality and ethics into other subjects, teachers should make them appropriate to the existing levels of students where they can search for the sources of learning in their daily life and make use of those medium without sense of boring and thereby leading to the real learning whereby they could be inspired by both internal and external classrooms. Furthermore, the evaluation of the learning outcome should be of justice where the real evaluation is in accordance with the process of the development of morality and ethics respectively.
