The purposes of this was experimental research. The main objectives were as 1. To study Knowledge Management by Iddhipada 4 to Develop Learning Achievement on the History Subject for Students' Grade VII Pipitsuttagunanuson School Sanpaya Sub-district Inburi district Singburi Province. 2. To study an achievement for Students' Grade VII Pipitsuttagunanuson Sanpaya Sub-district Inburi district Singburi Province before and after knowledge management by Iddhipada 4. The sample size for this research for Students' Grade VII number 25 persons corrected by purposive sampling. The implements for this research were as planning knowledge management by Iddhipada 4 to develop learning achievement in the subject of history for substance of social religion and culture of planning unit 3 social and economics Ayuthaya region number 4 plans and learning evaluation as number 20 items.
Result had found that
1) Knowledge Management by Iddhipada 4 to Develop Learning Achievement on the History Subject for Students' Grade VII Pipitsuttagunanuson School Sanpaya Sub-district Inburi district Singburi Province. It had an efficiency because motivate creative running by students’ status. They had chance for studying, that case of motivate for students’ happiness for their lives and group for interesting by without self-force.
2) The achievement for students learning from Knowledge Management by Iddhipada 4 to Develop Learning Achievement on the History Subject for Students' Grade VII Pipitsuttagunanuson School Sanpaya Sub-district Inburi district Singburi Province unit 3 social and economics Ayuthaya region number 4 plans before test had average () as 15.65, and after test () as 22.41. For standard deviation (S.D.) before test as 2.684 and after test as 1.554 and average (T-test) before and after had statistics as 32.750. So that s after point higher than before by statistics significance as .05.
By total average shows that knowledge management by Iddhipada 4 to develop learning achievement on the History Subject for Students' Grade VII have several ways for learners for their future such as integration learning process thinking practicing conflict situation process research process self-learning and include using media place and evaluation for learning to develop the learners.
