The purposes of this were experimental research. The main objectives were as 1. to develop Comic Book Development for Moral and Ethics Enhancement according to Saníkicca Samanera Story under the Buddhist subject of the 3RD Primary School, Chansamosorn School, Dusit District, Bankgkok. as effeiciency 80/80. 2. to study satisfaction of learners with Comic Book Development for Moral and Ethics Enhancement according to Saníkicca Samanera Story and 3. to study learners’ achievement about Saníkicca Samanera Story under the Buddhist subject of the 3RD Primary School, Chansamosorn School, Dusit District, Bankgkok. An efficiency measuring and satisfying students with comic book for moral and ethics Buddhist subject disciples about Saníkicca Samanera by using comic book for moral and ethics self-taught for the 3RD Primary School, Chansamosorn School. The sampling groups for this research were students from the 3RD Primary School, Chansamosorn School second semester academic year 2018 number 30 persons. Tools for research were comic book for moral and ethics about Saníkicca Samanera by using comic book for moral and ethics self-taught. The test for achievement after was using comic book. The test for satisfying was comic book. The statistics for research as namely, average ( ), standard deviation (S.D.) and (T-test).

The development of Comic Book for Moral and Ethics Enhancement about Saníkicca Samanera in the course of Buddhism by using comic book for moral and ethics self-taught of the 3RD Primary School, number 4 plans, namely.
Planning 1. The birth of Saníkicca was used 1 hour for studying then found that for mean average ( ) as 49.60, standard deviation (S.D.) as 4.1.
Planning 2. The events in jungle was used 1 hour for studying then found that for mean average ( ) as 49.63, standard deviation (S.D.) as 3.87.
Planning 3. The bandit was used 1 hour for studying then found that for mean average ( ) as 50, standard deviation (S.D.) as 4.
Planning 4. Buddha meeting was used 1 hour for studying included 4 hours and then found that for mean average ( ) as 51, standard deviation (S.D.) as 4.36.
