This is a research about Buddhist Peaceful way to engage in the conservation of the business environment. The objectives to analyze conflict and causes about saving environment in organization, studying about Buddhist Peaceful way to engage in the conservation of employees in the business environment, and to present a principle of conservation of the environment in organization by Buddhist peaceful way with Taokaenoi food & Marketing Public Co. Ltd. This research is using qualitative research, in-depth interview and group interview. Dividing into 4 groups, which are 18 people for environment problems of Taokaenoi’s factory and 11 people are group of qualified committees. Analyzing descriptive data by using 4 Noble Truths found that.

The community concluded that factory made a chronically environment problem. The factory made illegal of industry’s law and they held privileges over the people in community while the factory think that they made many benefits for community. The factory thought that people in community demanded a lot of solution to solve the problem and they needed compensation from government. Also, the government thought that the factory could not control all the environment problems. The interaction between community and factory are always passed thought the government. The minimal problem, as a result, was solved slightly that develop to be conflicts because of lacking communication between each other. The effect is a bias of community to factory. Solving slowly and not precisely made a conflict between community and factory. Then, people community made a complaint to government that has more demand respectively, that create the negative effect to image of Taokaenoi company continually. Saraniyadhamma 6 will be using to create an interaction for saving an environment by using dialogue process to enhance the total productive management to work sufficiency.

       The model of Buddhist Peaceful way to engage in the conservation of the business environment must have 2 mechanism which are approach strategy and defensive strategy. Moreover, the defensive strategy is conscious mind that solve the environment problems, creating the policy in organization, developing a relationship with community, and solving problem with new technologies. The approach strategy is the way to protect the environment that will affect community. In fact, making the constitution of saving environment that come from an agreement between factory and community; government, in addition, should acknowledge to control the environment problem. Cooperation would be solving the conflict between community and factory by Buddhist Peaceful way which are solving wastewater from inside and outside from factory, making an opportunity to assemble that helps to solve problem precisely, respecting the constitution that everyone agreed, and cultivating the subconscious mind in environment and negotiation without violation.
