Two objectives of this study were (1) to compare the life balance development of private company employees before and after testing; and (2) to compare the life balance development of private company employees from experimental group and controlled group. The study was the quasi experimental research in nature using the Yoga practice programme in Buddhist Psychology for Life Balance Development and questionnaire to collect data from 40 samples divided into the controlled group and experimental group 20 each and the basic statistics including Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation (S.D.) and t-test was used for analyzing data.
Results of the study were as follows:
1. The result of the difference of Yoga training practice programme in Buddhist psychology for life balance development according to Four Developments or Phawana IV of private company employees in the experimental group both before and after testing in comparison in overall found that the training participants had the life balance according to four developments or Phawana IV before and after testing had significantly difference at .01 for physical development, moral development, emotional development or mental and intellectual development.
2. The life balance development of private company employees from experimental group and controlled group according to four developments or Phawana IV of private company employees found that after the regular practice development, the physical development effected on a digestion system and created the immunity of anti-disease and the Yoga practitioners' body of people was flexible. It helped the Yoga practitioners sleep well and soundly and have got the good digestion system and helped their blood system, the relief of the headache and breath system, work with small mistakes, efficiently face the problem; the moral development helped Yoga practitioners know how to use the polite speech, avoid violence upon others, be without greed to take others' belongings, have the hospitality, be free of drug, be sympathy to colleagues, build a good relationship, be optimistic, and live with others happily; the emotional development helped the Yoga practitioners acquire the good emotion, more relaxing, less stress, good concentration, more hard-working, good mindfulness in working, less conflicts with others, more careful and stable emotion in all activities; the intellectual development helped Yoga practitioners realize the change of life clearly, the freedom of life, understanding own problems and effective problem solutions, awareness of the causes of the problems and ways out of their own and others' problems and real facts of life, and a clear awareness of their own value .
