The objectives of research paper were (1) to study the general state of constructions development of Sanghaadministrators in Muangdistrict, Ratchaburi province, (2) to study the problems and obstacles of constructions development of Sangha administrators in Muang district, Ratchaburi province, and (3) to propose the operational guidelines of constructions development of Sangha administrators in Muang district, Ratchaburi province. The research methodology was the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 17 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.
The findings of this research were as following:
1. The general state of constructions development of Sangha administrators in Muang district, Ratchaburi province found that the suitable abode aspect which temples in Muang district, Ratchaburi province have good construction management. The suitable resort aspect found that temples in Muang district, Ratchaburi province have the good management of convenience for journey. The suitable speech aspect found that good speech and usefulness make the audience to have happiness without hesitation. The suitable person aspect that general state has the peace with vallages, temples and schools for co-living.The suitable food aspect that the food must have the nutrition sanitary. The suitable climate aspect found that temples in Muang district, Ratchaburi province have the improving buildings and places within temple. The suitable posture aspect found that every temple has the reception room and the convenience for meditation practitioners training
2. The problems and obstacles of constructions development of Sangha administrators in Muang district, Ratchaburi province found that the suitable abode aspect which temples near the community get the disturbance into the temple every day. The suitable resort aspect found that within temples do not have the convenience for parking. The suitable speech aspect found that Dhamma presenters or Dhamma delivers must know the principle of Dhamma correctly and can teach the audience understandingly. The suitable person aspect that people live by using the temple’s land. The suitable food aspect that mostly food depends on the people who buy it from the shop. The suitable climate aspect found that temples get the noise disturbance and dust from exhaust weaving every day. The suitable posture aspect found that lacks of cleaning in the temple and people come to the temple with inconvenience for sitting under the trees.
3. The development guidelines ofconstructions development of Sangha administrators in Muang district, Ratchaburi province found that the suitable abode aspect which should manage every temple have the master plan for the place within the temple for ritual ceremony cleaning, convenience and comfortability with calmness. The suitable resort aspect; should set up the convenient place within the temple for the people who come for relaxing and for making merit. The suitable speech aspect; should have the authority training for knowledge and better understanding and can apply modern technology for better communication. The suitable person aspect; should promote the cooperation both within temple and community people around the temple. The suitable food aspect;should promote the cooperation with government agency for nutrition expert to train the community people and the monks. The suitable climate aspect; found that temples get the noise disturbance and make the bad climate within the temple. The suitable posture aspect ;should manage the properly place for ready usage and should have the convenient things.
