The research entitled " temple management of the abbots in Bangsaphannoi district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, with the objective (1) to study the temple management of the abbot in Bangsaphannoi District in Prachuapkhirikhan Province, (2) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the temple management of the abbot in Bangsaphannoi district, Prachuapkhirikhan province. Which has conducted as qualitative research, collecting data from, documents and research related to the temple management of the abbot in Bangsaphannoi district Prachuapkhirikhan province and analyze the problems of temple management of the abbot in Bangsaphannoi district Prachuapkhirikhan province by in-depth interview of 17 specialists. The research tools used for data collection as the in-depth interview. The characteristics of the open-ended interview by analyzing the content of descriptive content

The Findings of research were as following:

1. The management of the temple is based on the administration of various temples, temples maintenance , organizing activities, and most religious. The abbots are the administrators to manage the temple reasonably. Anything that has a disruption to the administration will be discussed with each other. and help to take care of adjusting the temple landscape accounting preparation for income and expenditure is being done in every measure. which the income of the temple is not daily or tourist temples, so most of them are done as annual summary forms such as annual income-expenditure accounts, etc. In general, the temple management of the abbot in Bangsaphannoi district Prachuapkhirikhan province in management of temples organizer the activities and religious treasures in good condition. There is not a problem. Because the temple has a temple account. There is already good care of the temple property.

2. Suggertion the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the temple management of the abbot in Bangsaphannoi district, Prachuapkhirikhan province. Should clean and adjust the scenery inside and outside the temple area beautifully, shady for the temple is a good place for monks, novices and kith and entering the temple. and should allocate for registering the durable goods which will make the temple know the supplies within the temple including knowing which supplies are to be purchased or sold out, and the preparation of the income-expense account of the temple correctly and transparency that can be checked.
