This dissertation aims to study principle of being of family leader state of Chana Power Plant personnel and Thai Society, to study Buddhist Morality related to the support of being family leader state in Thai Society and Guidelines to by Buddhist Integration Family Leader of Chana Power Plant Personnel which is qualitative research and fieldwork by deep interview to be presented dipictly.
The research results show concerning principle of being family leader state of Chana Power Plant personnel and Thai society that family institution of Chana Power Plant and Thai Society has different values depending on morality, social culture, material growth, economic change which affects family system in new society abundantly. A new trend of modern society, separation or abandon which more increases, the divorce which more also increases in new society. Taking morality principles to support the being of family leader state which has forceful mind, be aware of social change can lead oneself, family, and society to live normally and happily.
Buddhist morality principles related to support of being leader family state in Thai society show that to be family leader according to virtues for lay people, the leader shall have truthfulness, integrity, impulse control, endurance, patience and devotion and shall perform according to five basis Buddhist percepts of moral practices and five Dhamma as a basis practice and shall have relation with people surrounding according to Direction to prevent deterioration of family by temptation. The couple shall adhere to equality, kindness, good will to family member with four principles of virtuous existence and have family member with bases of social solidarity performance.
Guidelines to by Buddhist Integration Family Leader of Chana Power Plant Personnel concludes ๗ methods according to Buddhist morality principles as follows:
1. Support and encourage family leader to acknowledge and perform according to four layman Dhamma. 2. Support and encourage family leader to perform according to five basis Buddhist percepts of moral practices and five Dhamma to be a basis for living. The family leader shall act completely and be full of the five basis Buddhist percepts of moral practices and five Dhamma. 3. Support and encourage the family leader to perform according to Direction six and to have relationship with the people surrounding and the family members. 4. Protect the family leader from temptation which causes deterioration of body, speech and mind. 5. Support and encourage the family leader to behave according to living economically and he shall adapt to faith, virtue, liberality and wisdom. 6. Support and encourage the family leader to perform according to four principles virtuous existence and be a family leader by emphasizing loving-kindness principle. 7. Support and encourage the family leader to behave bases of social solidarity which help adhere the mind of family members and people surrounding.
New knowledge management received from this research is “VFDCQHB = GOOD FAMILY LEADER MODEL” which is vital ways to develop the family leader to lead the family to prosperity, happiness and lasting which results to family, society and country to have quality families.
