The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the sufficient occupation immunity of community entrepreneurs in Northeastern Thailand; 2) to create the sufficient occupation immunity of community entrepreneurs; and 3) to present model of the sufficient occupation immunity of community entrepreneurs. The research was the mixed methods: quantitative research in which the data were collected by the questionnaire with sampling group of 265 persons, and analyzed by using statistic, percentage, means, and standard deviation, and qualitative research in which the data were collected by in-depth interview with the 25 key informants, and analyzed by description and explanation.
The findings of the study revealed that:
1. The sufficient occupation immunity of community entrepreneurs in Northeastern Thailand has been found that: 1) Thinking: to be of creative and systematic thinking, 2) Mind: to be proud in their occupation, 3) society: to be helpful for one another, 4) Natural Resources and environment: to be able to use natural resources and environment for high benefits of the community, 5) Technology: to develop technology and knowledge as the beneficial for community and be able to apply such technology for enterprise’s development properly, and 6) Economy: to live a living with sufficiency and self-reliance.
2. Creating the sufficient occupation immunity of community entrepreneurs in Northeastern Thailand has been found that it causes a standard silk weaving course in the community and living the life with sufficient economy. It is to follow the principle of moderation, reasonability and immunity that results to the sustainability in their occupation.
3.The model of the sufficient occupation immunity of community entrepreneurs Northeastern Thailand has been found that there are 2 models: a model of creating the sufficient occupation immunity of entrepreneur by the community and a model of creating the sufficient occupation immunity of community entrepreneur in northeastern by the networking.
