The objectives of this dissertation were; 1) to study the state of Buddhist transformational leadership of school administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education, 2) to develop strategy of Buddhist transformational leadership of school administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education, and 3) to propose a strategy of Buddhist transformational leadership of school administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The data were collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, and then analyzed percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
1) The state of Buddhist transformational leadership of school administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education, was at a high level totally. The maximum level was on Skills transformation, followed by Vision transformation, Virtue transformation, and Human relation transformation respectively.
2) The development of Buddhist transformational leadership strategy of school administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education, consists of vision, mission, target and integrative Brahmavihara Dhamma; Loving-kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, and Equanimity.
3) The proposed VESPA-Strategy of the development of Buddhist transformational leadership of school administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education, in Vision, Mission, Skills and Virtue was that the school administrators have to bear a vision relating to vision strategy principles, work plans, operation plans, assessment and evaluation plans, and to bear a mission relevant to the vision and target integrated with 3 principles of Papanika Dhamma; Shrewd, Capable of administrating business, and Having a good credit rating, and Brahmavihara Dhamma.
