The aims of this research were: 1) to study the conditions of the educational institute administration in the era 4.0 of Phrapariyatti schools (general education); 2) to compare the educational institute administration in the era 4.0 of Phrapariyatti schools (general education) accordingly to the conditions; 3) to study the suggestions and present the ways to promote the educational institute administration in the era 4.0 of Phrapariyatti schools (general education) under the Office of Buddhism in Udonthani province. Based on Krejcies & Morgan method, the samples of this research included 20 educational administrators and 154 teachers (174 in total). The tools used in this study were a questionnaire with its reliability valued of .98 and the interview form. The statistics used in data analysis were: Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, f-test (One Way ANOVA). The obtained data were analyzed by the descriptive analysis.
The research results were as follows:
1. The conditions of the educational institute administration in the era 4.0 of Phrapariyatti schools (general education) under the Office of Buddhism in Udonthani in both overall and each aspect perspectives were statistically rated at a high level. The highest rated score can be seen in that of the aspect of ‘Financial Administration in 4.0 Era’, followed by ‘Personnel Administration in 4.0 Era’, ‘Academic Affairs Administration in 4.0 Era’, and ‘General Affairs Administration in 4.0 Era’.
2. The comparative statistic scores of the educational institute administration in the era 4.0 of Phrapariyatti schools (general education) accordingly to the sample personal factors: positions, education and working experience in both overall and each aspect perspectives were different with the statistical significance level of .01.
3. The ways to promote the educational institute administration in the era 4.0 of Phrapariyatti schools (general education) under the Office of Buddhism in Udonthani province are that 1) the performance of personnel should be promoted by adhering to moral principles, honesty, accuracy, advice and they should be assisted in solving various problems that occur; 2) the responsible person to arrange the financial management system, account and package should be fairly and clearly appointed; 3) the samples should always praise and give morale in the performance of colleagues who always benefit the organization; 4) the executives should help and listen to the opinions of teachers and other educational personnel involved usually.
