The objectives of this research were; 1) to analyze the current state of the test system of Mahachulanlongkornrajavidyalaya University, 2) to develop the online test system of Mahachulanlongkornrajavidyalaya University, and 3) to study satisfaction level on online test system of Mahachulanlongkornrajavidyalaya University. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from 67 undergraduate students and experts and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were obtained by in-depth interviews with 10 experts and analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study found that:

1. The current state of the test system of Mahachulanlongkorn rajavidyalaya University was that the paper based test was used, the test budget was limited, online test could support the objective questions completely, and it could support the subjective questions partially.

2. In the development of the online test system of Mahachulanlongkorn rajavidyalaya University, the results of test report and test results showing in the test room indicated that the online test system of Mahachulanlongkornrajavidyalaya University was active.

3. The satisfaction on the online test system of Mahachulanlongkorn rajavidyalaya University was at a high level. In details, the highest level was on test result report, followed by test system operation and online test form respectively.
