This research aims were (1) to study Buddhist Arts as appeared in Buddhist scriptures, (2) to study Buddhist doctrines as appeared in Buddhist Arts in KhonKaen province, (3) to analyze Buddhist Arts relations towards community in KhonKaen province. This research was qualitative by documentary analysis.
The results of study were found that Buddhist Arts in Buddhist scriptures i.e. Vihara, Single house, house with many flours, the house with dome. All houses were developed from Vihara which resided of Buddha and cave which Buddha permitted. Afterwards regulations appeared about Buddhist Arts on architecture, mural including model, look and building materials.
Buddhist doctrines as appeared in Buddhist Arts i.e. Sim(Uposatha hall) was a center of people in the community. It was shrine of people including main learning sources for education which it created wisdom to the community. Moreover, Sim (Uposatha hall) reflected to see the 8 worldly conditions clearly.
Analyze the relations of Buddhist Arts towards community in KhonKaen province. There were relations between Buddhist Arts and community for example, Life style, Economics, community/ social, culture/ tradition and belief aspects. Itswere archaic place and valuable learning sources, its created proud of people in the community. Its also were center and reminder of people in the community. Moreover, its appeared for participating preservation and development to be sight-seeing places in their community. Mural painting in the Sim reflected life style of villagers in the past and hidden with mural teachings for the villagers to hold and follow and applied in their life.
