The thesis on “A Study of Occupational Problem of Buddhists in Prakhonchai Sub-district, Prakhonchai District, Buriram Province” have three objectives namely : 1) to study the issue of occupation of Buddhist in Prakonchai sub-district, Prakonchai district, Buriram province, 2) to study of right livelihood in Theravada Buddhism, and 3) to comply with the guidelines of the right livelihood of Buddhists in Prakonchai sub-district, Prakonchai district, Buriram province.                                                                                   The research found that the occupational problem of some Buddhist in Prakhonchai sub-district, Prakhonchai district, Buriram province still career fraud as (1) trade in weapons (2) trade in human being (3) trade in flesh (4) trade in narcotics (5) trade in paison. 2) the three kinds of the right livelihood in Buddhism are : 1) The physical livelihood ; it is refraining from living in a wrong occupation which is called Mijcha-vanijjha, 2) The verbal livelihood; it is refraining from living with four verbal corruption, 3) Mental livelihood ; it is refraining from living with mental corruption. 3) the practical guideline of  Buddhists in Prakhonchai sub-district, Prakhonchai District, Buriram province are abstaining from the five occupational fraud as (1) exempts from merchants of weapon (2) avoidance of a trade of animals (3) exempts from professional trade of meat (4) exempts from the merchants of intoxication, and (5) exempts from the merchants of poison.                                                                                   Therefor practical guindeline of Buddhists in Prakhonchai sub-district, Prakhonchai district, Buriram province is abstaining from wrong occupation or Mijjha-vanijjha which is fraud career in Buddhism 1) physical right livelihood ; the livelihood in Buddhism is the practice of Buddhists in Prakhonchai sub-district, Prakhonchai district, Buriram province. It is refraining from living in an unreasonable way is called a Miccha-vanijjha, because it promotes persecution and destruction of life, 2) Verbal livelihood : the right livelihood in Buddhism is a way for Buddhists in Prakhonchai sub-district, Prakhonchai district, Buriram province. The verbal right livelihood is a good action, and it is a life that is right living. The principles of livelihood in Buddhism is a guideline for Buddhists in Prakhonchai sub-district, Prakhonchai district, Buriram Province, 3) Mental livelihood : the right livelihood in Buddhism is a guideline for Buddhists in Prakhonchai sub-district, Prakhonchai district, Buriram province.
