The aims of this study were: 1) to study the ceremony ‘Ram-Phi-Fa (Ghost Dancing’ of Non Khwao villagers, Banlao Sub-district, Ban Fang District, Khon Kaen; 2) to study the Buddhist ethics appeared in the ceremony. This qualitative research was conducted through the study of relevant documents, fieldwork and in-depth interviews.
The research results revealed that based on the study in the research area, the ceremony is proceeded systematically in steps. The dance indicates the meaning, characteristics, types and elements of the ceremony.
After careful analysis of the information obtained in the research, the Buddhist ethics found in the ceremony were VI faiths, Laws of Kamma, Gratitude and Five Precepts etc.
