This research is to study Dhammacãrika : Process and Model of Buddhism Propagation in Highland, Ashom Phra Dhammacarika Bann Kheknoi, Phetchaboon Province. There are three main objectives: i) to study the process of Buddhism propagation in Highland Ashom Phra Dhammacarika Bann Kheknoi, Phetchaboon Province, ii) to study the integration of principles in the Buddhism propagation in Highland Ashom Phra Dhammacarika Bann Kheknoi, Phetchaboon Province, and iii) to analyze the pattern of Buddhism propagation in Highland Ashom Phra Dhammacarika Bann Kheknoi, Phetchaboon Province. The qualitative research was carried out in this study. In-depth interview of 28 key informants including 7 senior executives member of Dhammacãrika Project, 10 monks of Dhammacãrika, 6 officers of the Department of Social Development and Welfare, and 5 highland people/ Buddhist local leaders, was employed for data collection. The content analysis technique was used for data analysis.
           The findings of this study were concluded as follows:
            1. There were 4 process of Buddhism propagation in Highland Ashom Phra Dhammacarika Bann Kheknoi, Phetchaboon Province. First, the process was planned due to the objectives of the Dhammacãrika Project and the policy of the Chairperson of the Project. Second, the operating process which was assigned along with the action plan for the filed work was synthesized with the training unite work in 8 dimensions. The collaboration has been made between concerned agencies as networks both public sector, private sector and community. The key of propagation was moved through the activities. Third, the investigation process was made by the chief of the training center, senior executive members of the Dhammacãrika Project of the central and the regional. They will be visited, encouraged, made an evaluation, follow-up and problem solving assistance. Finally, the monthly knowledge management was done by the chief of the training centers through the report of the Dhammacãrika. The result was launched in the form of statistic, and method of problem solving in order to gain the guideline procedure for another area.
              2. The integration of Buddhism teaching for the propagation in Highland Ashom Phra Dhammacarika Bann Kheknoi, Phetchaboon Province was found that the way of propagation was different with other area. The integration method was applied together with the other development activities. The people in highland shall be developed both physical and intellectual. The most concerns Buddhism teaching was Sangahavatthu. It was a key of mind cohesiveness and bond of harmonized. Those cultivation led to physical development, moral development, emotional development and intellectual development. It aims to self-benefit as a monk, others benefit as people in highland and public benefits as Dhammacãrika Organization, the Nation and the Religious.
             3. The pattern of the propagation in Highland Ashom Phra Dhammacarika Bann Kheknoi, Phetchaboon Province was found that Dhammacãrika applied the social work mechanism together with the Buddhism teaching (Sangahavatthu, sublime states of mind) in order to get into the community. The activities were not specific due to the area and situations. The proactive activities were used more than receiving activities. The activities were adapted due to the former tradition and culture. The collaboration among the network, public sector, private sector and social media society were built to assist both in-kind and in-cash donation. The volunteer was encouraged to reach the objective, the policy and the goal.
