The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the state of Pali teaching and learning of distinguished Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Division, 2) to develop teaching and learning innovations of distinguished Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Division, and 3) to propose a development method of teaching and learning innovations of distinguished Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Division. The data were collected by questionnaires from 297 samples and analyzed by mean and standard deviation.

The results of the study found that:

1. The state of Pali teaching and learning of distinguished Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Division, was at a high level overall.

2. The results of development of teaching and learning of distinguished Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Division, consisted of the use of instructional media and modern technology relevant to teaching and learning activities, improvement of students’ understanding in subject contents, pre-examination tutorial, learning skills enhancement, and lesson plan making.

3. The development method of Pali teaching and learning of distinguished Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Division,  was that; implementattion of instructional technology to teaching and learning integration, arrangement of activities to motivate the Pali learning, development of teaching and learning system through information technology, and devlopment of Pali pre-examination tutorial online.
