This research had 3 objectives : 1) to study the leadership state of the administrators of the Buddhist Phrapariyatidhamma Schools, General Education, 2) to offer Buddhist ways to develop leadership of school administrators in Buddhist Phrapariyatidhamma, General Education and 3) to evaluate the Buddhist ways of leadership development of administrators in the Buddhist Phrapariyatidhamma Schools, General Education. This research used Mixed Method Research methodology: procedure 1: qualitative research by collecting data from related documents and research. And collected data by using semi-structure interview from 25 key informants which were experts such as the directors of the Buddhist Phrapariyatidhamma Schools, procedure 2: the General Education, Northern Region, 16 provinces, using data obtained to analyze the content, data synthesis to enter the focus group discussion by 12 experts and procedure 3: persons to confirm data integrity and quantitative research using the evaluation forms by allowing 30 directors of the Buddhist Phrapariyatidhamma Schools, General Education to evaluate 4 aspects: accuracy, appropriateness, feasibility on practices and benefits Data analysis by percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research found as the following:
1. The leadership state of the administrators of the Buddhist Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, it appeared that most of the administrators weremonks who had no skill on academic curriculum, had no broad vision and unity to manage education, they managed the schools with no direction causing bad achievement in each group of learning which showed no system and less success. Thus, the school administrators should develop the leadership state to be persons who had full potential, knowledge, ability, think positively, good at managing personnel’s and jobs by bringing modern innovations to develop the leadership state such as the leadership state such as the theory of leadership’s characteristics, the theory of leadership’s behaviors, the theory of leadership according to situations and the theory of leadership of changing and brought the Dhamma principle to integrate into the process of developing the leadership state
2. Buddhist ways to develop leadership of administrators in the Buddhist Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education such as Dama, Sikkha and Bhavana which were the three Dhamma principle and could be brought to develop leadership according to Sappurisadhamma 7 (the seen qualities of a good man) as : Dhammaññuthă: knowing the cause or origin, Atthuññuthă : knowing the consequence a person who knows the correct meaning or the result of something, Attaññută : the quality of one who knows oneself, Mattaññută : the quality of one who knows the moderation, Kalaññută : the quality of one who knows the proper time, Parisaññută : Knowing the society and Puggalaññută : the quality of one who knows individuals. For the ways according to Dama is training or self-training to meet progress, Sikkha is meant to train, educate and know how to select things to use as benefit, including self-training to improve oneself which called Threefold training Sila, Samadhi and Pañña and Bhavana means making to be happened, to have it or making to meet progress.
3. The results of evalation the Buddhist ways of leadership development of administrators in Buddhists Phrapariyatidhamma Schools, General Education, it showed that the 4 aspects : accuracy, appropriateness, feasibility on practices and benefits, it disclosed that the mean for all aspects was =4.57 which was at the highest level and could be brought to use as Buddhist ways to develop the leadership of the administrators of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools, General Education.
