Abstract

          The objectives of research paper were: (1) to study the monastery management as community learning center of Sangha administration in Wangnoi district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, (2) to compare the opinions of people to monastery management as community learning center of Sangha administration in Wangnoi district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, classified by personal data, and (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions for monastery management as community learning center of Sangha administration in Wangnoi district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

                 The research methodology was the mixed research method between the quantitative and qualitative researches. The quantitative research used the sampling group in the field study from of 398 people in Wangnoi district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The tool to collect the data as the questionnaires with reliability test 0.756. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference: LSD. But the qualitative research was in depth interview of 10 key informants by purposing sampling from academicians and related persons about management. The tool to collect the data was the structured in depth interview by collecting the data from individual depth interview and analyzed the data through the descriptive interpretation technique.

                  The findings of research were as follows:

                 1. The people had the opinions towards the monastery management ascommunity learning center of Sangha administration in Wangnoi district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province for three aspects. In overall was found at the highlevel ( =4.04, S.D.0.241) when considered in each aspect found that the building aspect ( =4.07, S.D.0.363), the learning activity aspect ( =4.07, S.D.0.359), the management aspect ( =4.07, S.D.0.352) respectively.

                 2. The Comparison of people who had the difference of education , had the opinions to monastery management as community learning center of Sangha Administrtion in Wangnoi district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province differently with significantly statistics 0.05. It accepted the research assumption. But the people who had the differences of  sex, age, and career, had the opinions to monastery management as community learning center of Sangha organization indifferently. It rejected the research assumption.

                 3. Problems and obstacles in monastery management as community learning center of Sangha Administrtion in Wangnoi district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province The management has a meeting at all times, but each issue takes time. Because the community must have a committee and must be proposed for approval for activities, activities are organized, but there should be a few, so there should be a variety of types for people to be interested in joining the group activities. in the area of ​​buildings, buildings are still small and have to ask for budget to improve the management suggestions. management should work quickly and keep up with various events. for activities, there should be a promotion for the community to have the opportunity to participate in offering more new ideas. the building should have a suitable and adequate location for organizing activities.
