Satisfaction with Administration of Sub-district Administrative Organization at Joho Sub-distract, Mueng Distract, Nakhorn Ratchasima Province

Abstract

Objectives of this research were 1. to study the level of satisfaction to the administration of Joho Sub-district Administration Organization, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District, Nakhon Ratchasima, 2. to compare people's satisfaction with the administration of Joho Sub-district Administration Organization, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District, Nakhon Ratchasima Classified by personal factors and 3. to study the guidelines for Satisfaction with Administration of Sub-district Administrative Organizations at Joho Sub-distract, Mueng Distract, Nakhorn Ratchasima Province. 

Methodology was the mixed methods : The quantitative research conducted by survey method, collected data from 370 samples, derived from 4,964 people 18 years old and up with questionnaires with reliability value at 0.985, analyzed data with Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test and One way ANOVA, and the Least Significant Difference: LSD. For qualitative research, Data were collected from 12 key informants by face-to-face-in-depth-interviewing and analyzed by descriptive interpretation.

 

 

 Findings of the research were as follows:           

1. The level of satisfaction to the administration of Joho Subdistrict Administration Organization Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District Nakhon Ratchasima by overall was at high level ( = 3.69, S.D. = 0.488). Each aspect indicated as good facilities aspect was at high level  ( = 3.80, S.D. = 0.620),  personnel aspect was at high level ( = 3.69, S.D. = 0.517 ), service rendering process was at high level ( = 3.43, S.D. = 0.533), and all aspects were at high levels.

2. The compare people's satisfaction with the administration of Joho
Sub-district Administration Organization Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District Nakhon Ratchasima Classified by personal factors, classified by personal data indicated  that people with different occupation and educational level had different satisfaction level at the statistically significant level at 0.05, accepting the set hypothesis. People with different gender, age, and income did not have different satisfaction level rejecting  the set  hypothesis.

3. Suggestions of satisfaction with the administration of Joho Sub-district Administration Organization Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District Nakhon Ratchasima Province are as follows: 1) Service process Should have frequent community surveys And there should be a monitoring area to solve the strict problem of drug eradication Should have a working system as a step, should create a strong organization and resist the offense 2) the service personnel Staff should serve everyone with equality. Should provide opportunities for people to express themselves for solutions to problems 3) facilities Should provide care and help in each village equally in terms of electricity, water supply and cleaning Should have a better drain system Should have drinking water and bathroom service points at various points And should provide scholarships to support poor children
