This thesis entitled ‘An Approach to the Development the Student Support System According to the Brahmavihãra Under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2’ has three objectives: 1)to study the development the student support system according to the Brahmavihãra under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2, 2) to compare operations of the development the student support system according to the Brahmavihãra under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2, and 3) to study operational guideline place of education under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2. This research was done by studying sampling group of school administrators relating to academic teacher, guidance teacher, responsible teacher of the student support system under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2 of 2017. 400 people were used in order to analyze and to find the frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation. It was compared with the testing hypothesis and then analyzed the one way ANOVA. It was used the difference to compare giving “Least Significant Different” to form summary information, barriers and suggestion.
The research results were as follows:
1) The operational guideline of the student support system according to the Brahmavihãra under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2 was at high level. Student transfers have maximum average. Minor is used to support and develop students. Student screening was at lowest average.
2) The result in comparing the academic management student support system according to the Brahmavihãra under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2 depended on position, work experience, school size, attendance training are .05 of the chart.
3) The suggestion of an approach to the development the student support system according to the Brahmavihãra under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2 was the student screening focusing on the application to support students for being fair, not being biased and commitment.
