Abstract

This thesis entitled “The Component of Buddhist Leadership in Accordance With Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of School administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2” has two objectives: 1) to study Buddhist leadership in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2) to analyze the component of Buddhist leadership in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This key performance was of School Administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and Administrators in Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, the sample School Administrators and teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were of 500 persons and 5 Professors, the description of research used purposive sampling. The tools used in this research were of questionnaire, in-depth-interview and a self-administered questionnaire. The statistics, Mean, Standard deviation, Lowest scale, Highest scale, Skewness, Kurtosis were used, Simple correlation using package computer program and Description analysis were used to verify the quality of construct validity  for second order confirmatory factor analysis.

The research results were as follows:

The content validity once tested by the validity of IOC passed on examination of 5 specialists. Ranging from 0.80 – 1.00, the discrimination index of items were between 0.24 – 0.83 and the reliability in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta the reliability of the overall aspect were at 0.86 and results of the study were as follows: 1) the Buddhist Leadership in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of School administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the high level, and 2) the analysis of the component of Buddhist Leadership in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of School Administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was also at the high level.
