The objectives of this research were: 1) to study on the needs for social benefits receiving of elderly persons in Tambol Huasai municipality, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, 2) to compare the needs for social benefits receiving of elderly persons in Tambol Huasai municipality, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, marital statuses, living statuses, degrees of education, monthly incomes and congenital disease being as differently, and 3) to study suggestion for guideline in social benefits management of elderly persons in Tambol Huasai municipality, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This is the quantitative research; the population were composed of elderly persons in Tambol Huasai municipality, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province for 822 persons, sample sizes by Taro Yamane’s formula at the error of 0.05, the samples were about 274 persons. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire, data analysis by package computer program, the statistics were analysed as follows; frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and to compare the mean in each pair by LSD method.

The findings were found as follows:

1) The needs on social benefits receiving of elderly persons in Tambol Huasai municipality, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview for seven domains were at more level when considered in each domains from more to less found that social stability domain was the most mean ( = 4.07) and followed up healthy domain ( = 4.06), education domain ( = 3.99), entertainment domain          ( = 3.73), social mind domain ( = 3.65) and employed domain ( = 3.62) but dwelling domain was the lowest mean ( = 3.51).

2) The comparative result on the needs of elderly persons in Tambol Huasai municipality, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, marital statuses, living statuses being, degrees of education, monthly incomes and congenital disease being found that all were not difference in social benefits receiving.

3) The suggestions on guideline for social benefits management of elderly persons in Tambol Huasai municipality, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that there should set a learning centre in community and support the scholars to train on learning which are benefit and proper to elderly, there should have gymnasium for elderly person, free medical check-up in a year, moreover there should promote and develop careers which are properly to them and there should bring new technology for following all elderly persons i.e. Mobile phone or CCTV for safety to them, there should visit them at home, there should promote activities in monthly for elderly persons can meet each others and changing idea with each others.
