The Objectives of this study were to 1) to study the status of the The Management of Buddhist Schools Under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 on with the Tri-Sikkhã, 2) to compare the Management of Buddhist Schools Under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 on with the Tri-Sikkhã and 3) to study suggestions for the Management of Buddhist Schools Under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 on with the Tri-Sikkhã. The Study was a descriptive research. The instrument used to collect data was a 5 – scale survey questionnaire which had been examined by the five experts and then piloted with thirty students. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.964. The samples in this study comprised of 204 comprising: school administrators and teachers. The data gathered was carried out by using questionnaire. The data analysis was done with Social Science SPSS. The statistics used were values of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, hypothesis test with T-test, one way ANOVA and comparative pair differentiation.
Findings were as follows:
1. In general condition of the Management of Buddhist Schools Under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 on with the Tri-Sikkhã, was at the high level. When considering each aspect, was at the high level in all aspects. For the general view, it is at high level in all part counting from the most to the least level that is from the executive, basic activities of the three senses on with the Tri-Sikkhã, atmosphere and interaction on with the Tri-Sikkhã, physical, threefold on with the Tri-Sikkhã, learning and teaching on with the Tri-Sikkhã, and management on with the Tri-Sikkhã.
2. The comparison of the administrator and teachers opinion toward the Management of Buddhist Schools Under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 on with the Tri-Sikkhã. Was found that the people having the sex, different age, degree of education and work experience had no the different opinion toward the Management of Buddhist Schools Under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 on with the Tri-Sikkhã. In status found that was significantly different at .05 level.
3. For problems, barriers, and suggestion for are ordinary schools that have
Brought the Buddhist doctrines for use or applying in the student development. The education schools in general have made the frame for the student development according to the principle of Tri-Sikkhã (Trinity of Education) namely: Sila (Precepts), Samathi (Mediation), and Panna (Wisdom) with integrity. The student has learnt through development of how to eat, how to live, how to do, how to hear and how to be, that is to say; the student has to use the wisdom to realize the true value of things through cultural process, wisdom seeking, loving-kindness making being base of living with the Buddhist doctrine. The educational executive and teachers have to organize all living-conditions to support the student to be able for self-development with the Buddhist doctrine completely according to principle.
