The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the state of the small schools administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4 of Phrasang School Group in Takhli District under Office of NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area 3, 2) to compare the opinion toward the small schools administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4 of Phrasang School Group in Takhli District under Office of NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area 3 classified by the personal factors, and 3) to present the suggestions for the small schools administration in according to Iddhibhaddha 4 of Phrasang School Group in Takhli District under Office of NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area 3.
This research applied the Survey Research. The sample was 124 administrators from 20 schools. The tool of the research was questionnaire. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation.
Results of the Research
1. Overall, the small schools administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4 of Phrasang School Group in Takhli District under Office of NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area 3in all 4 aspects: 1) the academic administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4, 2) the personnel administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4, 3) the budget administration according to Iddhibhaddha4 , and 4) the general administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4 was at the high level (μ= 4.29, σ= .335). When considering each aspect, it was found that the personnel administration was at the highest level (μ= 3.33,σ= .427). However, the budget administration was at the lowest level (μ=4.22, σ= .392) (µ= 3.30).
2. The comparison of the opinion toward the small schools administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4 of Phrasang School Group in Takhli District under Office of NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area 3 in all 4 aspects found that the administrators and teachers having the different gender, work experience, position and degree of education had the different opinion toward the small schools administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4 of Phrasang School Group in Takhli District under Office of NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area 3. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted.
3. The suggestions for the small schools administration according to Iddhibhaddha 4 of Phrasang School Group in Takhli District under Office of NakhonSawan Primary Education Service Area 3 were that the personnel should love their working and responsibilities, be active to learn the working, increase the knowledge and capacity in the working, be concentrated in their working, and be diligent and patient to the difficulty in the working. Moreover, the personnel should attend to working and consider the cause and the effect in their working according to the policies and plans. When the problems happened, the personnel should find the ways for the administration by monitoring, evaluating, analyzing the reason, considering the problems and improving the ways for working to the success.
