This research was aimed at three objectives as following: 1) to study on management of garbage in Nareng sub district municipality , Noppitam district Nakhon Si Thammarat province, 2) the study on suggestion for guideline in management of garbage in Nareng sub district municipality , Noppitam district Nakhon Si Thammarat province and 3) to fide out the model and methods for management of garbage in Nareng sub district municipality , Noppitam district Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This is the multi-methods research the population composed of 30 persons and sampling by purposive i.e.1)Nareng sub district municipality permanent secretary, 2 )general service head, 3) technical division principle, 4) village head in Nareng sub districtmunicipality for 9 villages and people inNareng sub district municipality for 2 each villages. Data collection by In-depth Interview Focus Group, Participatory Action Research: (PAR)
The findings were as follows:
1) The garbage which are derived from house and community in Nareng sub district municipality, Noppitam district Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that there are lots and more addition in the near future and under management of Nareng sub district municipality found that there are on systematically, there are plan for performance in the responsible area, but there found that the procedure was so late and not efficiency for working.
2) The suggestion for guideline in management of garbage in Nareng sub district municipality, Noppitam district Nakhon Si Thammarat Province found that there should be campaigned making on awareness for people to understand of garbage management in community with grouping of garbage and selection in own house first and then proceeding to other process as following 1) organic waste; each house should make as biogas plug, 2) recycle waste; the community should have a waste bank for proceeding to process of waste bank, 3) unusable waste; the community should damage within restricted area for reduction of waste in community. 4) to make understanding to people in grouping or selection of waste for regarding on them.
3) The research found that the 5RCWb Model was constructed by participation of people in community and key informants in the specific area andthe 5RCWb Model can be applied for Nareng sub district municipality , Noppitam district Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and other near area in the future.
