This research consisted of three main objectives: i) to study management of the cultural tourism resources of Chanthaburi province, ii) to develop the geo-informatics of cultural tourism resources of Chanthaburi province, and iii) to present development guidelines of the geo-informatics of cultural tourism resources of Chanthaburi province. The mixed Methodology was conducted in this study. For qualitative research, data were collected from 25 key informants with the Structured In-depth Interview, whereas quantitative research data were collected by sampling inquiry of 500 respondents. Statistical techniques used for data analysis are frequencies, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Content analysis was employed for interviewed data.
The research results are found that:
1. Management of the cultural tourism resources of Chanthaburi province are service management, leisure and learning management, management of nature preservation and nature conservation, management of natural regeneration, management of career promotion, management of travelling route, public relations management, management of local wisdom transferring, management of agricultural tourism resources and management of worker and skilled craftsman. These lead to sustainability of the cultural tourism resources of Chanthaburi province.
