This training package was earlier approved by 19 scholars in related fields using a focus group study. Later 40 samples of SME staffs were selected using a simple random method for sampling group out of the total population of 80 employees. Out of this 40 samples, 20 were randomized to be the experimental group, while another 20 became the controlled group. The research methodology used includes the series of question for focus groups, the integrated training package using Buddhist Psychology, the scale of MBPM reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha which is equivalent to 0.93, then followed by the quantitative questionnaire towards opinion about thetraining package. The research statistics were analyzed using mean score, standard deviation, t-test and percentage.
