The 3 purposes of this research are 1) to study the compositions of the creative community in Tambol Chiangmuan, in Chiangmuan district of Phayao 2) to study the process of developing the sustainable and creative community in Tambol Chiangmuan, in Chiangmuan district of Phayao 3) to analyze process of developing the sustainable and creative community in Tambol Chiangmuan, in Chiangmuan district of Phayao.

      The researchers had proceeded accordingly to the mixed methodology research which includes the quantitative research by using the procedure of survey research.  The samples being surveyed in this research consists of monks, community leaders, general citizens, governmental and non-governmental organizations in Chiangmuan district of Phayao province, which concludes to the number of 379 people in total, by using the method of creating the table of the sample’s size by Taro Yamane. The researchers have analyzed and processed the questionnaires via a social science research statistics program ,by using the values of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and by using the process of F-test, one way ANOVA, in depth interview, key informants and content analysis techniques.
