The purposes of this study aim to study the concept and the way of Buddhism   propagation based on public welfare. The researcher has studied about the background, concept, detail and the scoop of the Truthful Saving Group in Trat Province. For the analysis, a model of the roles on Buddhist propagation based on public welfare of the Truthful Saving Group in Trat Province by related documents and fieldwork data collection by interview the target group. Then the researcher has brought the data to analysis and showed the result by descriptive analysis way.

              The result found that the process of knowledge management of the Truthful Saving Group in Trat Province, the steps of analysis and the present performance are the problems to develop the format of knowledge management to be suitable. The knowledge evaluation does the researcher has known the format of knowledge management.
