The objectives of this research were to study the environmental condition in hotel Personnels administration in municipality area of Nakhonsawan province and to propose a guideline of environmental development according to Sappaya principles for hotel Personnels in municipality area of Nakhonsawan province.

            The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The quantitative data were collected from 265 hotel Personnels in Mueang district of Nakhonsawan province through questionnaires and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were obtained from in-depth interviews with 6 hotel executives and analyzed by content analysis.
