The objectives of the research were 1) To study the changing the personnel’s working behavior in Electrical Energy State Enterprise. 2) To study the factor of the changing the personnel’s working behavior in Electrical Energy State Enterprise. 3) To present the Buddhist paradigm for changing the personnel’s working behavior in Electrical Energy State Enterprise
The methodology was the mixed methods research consisting of the qualitative research and the quantitative research. The qualitative research collected data from 18 key informants by In-depth interview and the focus group discussions with 11 experts. Data from the two steps were analyzed by descriptive interpretation. The quantitative research includes of questionnaire at reliability level of 0.970 and collected data from 386 samples who were selected from the population 11,286 people of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation.
