The objectives of this dissertation were; 1. to study theory, concept and principle of positive empowerment for vocational students and principle of Buddhist educational administration for vocational institutions, 2. to study the present state of teaching and learning in Chulamani Sisaket Vocational College, and 3. to develop teaching management process for positive empowerment of students in Chulamani Sisaket Vocational College based on Buddhist educational administration. The samples used in the study were 31 teachers and personnel, 684 students and 684 students’ parents of Chulamani Sisaket Vocational College in Kantharalak district of Sisaket province. The data were collected through questionnaires with reliability at 0.89 and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation.
