The objectives of this dissertation were; 1) to analyze current conditions and problems of administration in Buddhist temple Charity Schools, 2) to study concept, theory, and principle of Buddhist administration and strategic plan, and 30 to propose a strategic administration of Buddhist Temple Charity Schools. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from 400 teachers and analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 5 administrators and focus group discussions with 8 experts, and then analyzed by content analysis.
