This study is intended to; 1) study the general status of English Learning management in secondary schools, 2) study the way in development of English Learning management in secondary schools, and 3) propose a model of English Learning management in secondary schools. This study is a mixed method research. The quantitative data were collected via questionnaires from 42 school administrators and teachers by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The qualitative data were collected by interviews with 6 school directors and analyzed by contextual analysis techniques.
