The objectives of this research were to study required Thai-style leader’s characteristics of administrators in schools under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in Central Division, develop the required Thai-style leader’s characteristics of administrators in schools, and propose a model of the required Thai-style leader’s characteristics of administrators in schools under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in Central Division. The quantitative data were collected from 160 samples through questionnaires and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interview with 10 school administrators and group discussion with 8 experts, and then analyzed by content analysis.
