This research is qualitative research and Buddhist interview which aimed ; 1) to study the Principles of giving (dana) in Theravada Buddhism, 2) to study  of giving (dana) of Buddhist in Prakhonchai district, 3) to analysis of giving (dana) for promote the harmony of Buddhists in Prakhonchai district, Buriram province. The method of research is survey and interview of administrative monks as chief monk in district, vice-chief monks in district, chief monks in sub-district and abbot and prefect, bailiff, chief of sub-district administrator, leader of sub-district and leader of village and general people.
