The purposes of this research were; 1) to study the principle of  in Buddhism 2) to study the concept of management of the asset saving groups in the community of Nongwaengkam Village, Kutchab District, Udonthani Province and 3) to study the management of the asset saving groups in accordance with the principle of  in the community of Nongwaengkam Village, Kutchab District, Udonthani Province. This research was both the documents and collection of the data in the field study by interviewing from the related informants and to report the results of research with descriptive analysis.

                  The results of the research were found that , Dhamma means the present benefit in the four branches, that is,  means the achievement of industry, means the achievement of protection, means the association with good people and  means the balanced livelihood.

                  The asset saving groups of the community in Nongwaengkam Village, Kutchab District, Udonthan have the continuative development from 3 May 2006. The result of proceeding is that the members increase continuously, in the members consist of 240 persons  and to have money in the saving funds of members or the shared money consisting 4.000.000 baht by applying the approach of Buddhist management for developing the management or administration of the honest asset saving groups systematically.
