The purposes of this research were; 1) to study the learning management of the Buddhist subject in accordance with the Threefold Training to develop the virtue and the morality 2) to study the learning management of students of the Kindergarten School in Pearmitrapap Village No. 138 and 3) to study the learning management of the Buddhist subject in accordance with the Threefold Trainings to develop the virtue and morality of the students in the Kindergarten School of Pearmitrapap Village, No. 138., This research was the qualitative research and data collection from field study.
The results of this research were found that the management of activities in learning the Buddhist subjects in each level has been defined in the curriculum of each subject of learning units clearly In accordance with the standard of learning and significant essence in learning in compliance with each other including the integration of virtue and morality in Buddhist subject and other subjects as equal. The school manages the learning and teaching that have the contents and the practice concerning the Threefold Trainings in integrating with various sciences by focusing on the practice and development of social value and morality of the students. The importance in learning emphasizes the development of the intelligence increasingly with the plantation the consciousness that the religion is the development of the quality of life.
