Abstract

Abstract

 

Objectives of this research are as the following; 1) to study an Application of Buddhadhamma Principles in School Administration in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2 2) to compare opinions of among individuals on an Application of Buddhadhamma Principles in School Administration in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2 3) to study opinions of groups of school principals and teachers on an Application of Buddhadhamma Principles in School Administration in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2. In this study, total numbers of sample were 407 persons on the description research. There were two methods on doing this research, quantitative research and qualitative research. In quantitative research, a tool on the study was a questionnaire. The raw data from the questionnaire would be calculated for frequencies, percentages and standard deviations. These calculated numbers would be further compared by using T-test and one-way ANOVA analysis. If two varietal means had exceeded significant differences, the results were further analyzed with more comprehensive estimate by least significant difference (LSD) calculation. For qualitative research, this research would be performed with in depth interview on key informants. The information from the interview would be then analyzed and concluded.

 

 

The findings of the study were concluded as follows:

1. Major respondents (259 persons, 63.64%) are female, 147 respondents (36.11%) are above 46 years old, 248 respondents (60.93%) are educated with bachelor degree, 149 respondents (36.61%) have above 11 years of work experiences and 310 respondents (76.22%) are teachers.

2. Opinions of overall individuals show that major respondents highly agree on the application in school (  = 3.90) and also highly agree on every supporting issues about this application in school. 

3. Opinions of different groups of school principals and teachers considered by genders, ages, levels of educations, work experiences and positions in schools show difference in statistically significance at the 0.05 level.

4. Problems that interfere the application in schools are; 1) Education are not considered as important factor 2) There is no enough budget to develop the educational media 3) Staff are not working at suitable positions or have less ability in particular positions 4) Inefficient work planning of staff causes inefficient results.

For recommendations are; 1) The education must be considered as important factor 2) The budget management in school must be run efficiently 3) The staff in school must be checked and controlled regularly to keep them working efficiently 4) The operations in school must be checked and controlled to improve the efficiency.
