Abstract
The aims of this research were: 1) to study the effectiveness administration Based on Buddhist Sunday Centers based on IV Iddhipada (iddhipāda, path of accomplishment) under Amnatcharoen Cultural Office; 2) to compare the effectiveness administration, classified by the samples’ factors: positions, education and work experience; 3) to study the ways to promote the effectiveness administration of Buddhist Sunday Centre based on IV Iddhipada in the studied schools. This study used the mixed research methodologies: the quantitative research (survey research) and qualitative research, to analyze the variables under the conceptual framework by the descriptive and statistical analysis. The samples of the qualitative research were 15 key informants (5 directors and 10 teachers), selected by Purposive Sampling.
The research results were as follows:
1) The statistic scores of the effectiveness administration Based on Buddhist Sunday Centers based on IV Iddhipada were at the moderate level, ranked by the respective aspects of ‘Vīmaṁsā (Investigation), Citta (thoughtfulness), Viriya (energy) and Chanda (aspiration)’ respectively.
2) Based on the comparative analysis, the statistic scores of the effectiveness administration Based on Buddhist Sunday Centers based on IV Iddhipada, based on the samples’ opinions, classified by education and work experience were different with the statistical significance level of 0.83.
3) The ways to promote the effectiveness administration Based on Buddhist Sunday Centre based on IV Iddhipada in the studied schools are that 1) in the effectiveness administration based on Chanda: the principles of Chanda should be used in administration in consistency with the contexts of the schools to develop the personnel to have desire in work and learning process; 2) in the effectiveness administration based on Viriya: the academic training should be organized to add readiness for the teachers to work and to provide the academic service to the community, to collaborate with the related organizations and the fair payment should be arranged accordingly; 3) in the effectiveness administration based on Citta, the administrators should pay attention to the roles of administration and duties, have volunteer mind to lead the organization to the success according to the mission of being the learning center; 4) in the effectiveness administration based on Vīmaṁsā: the directors need to consider their responsibility wisely and carefully perform their work and assign the staff works by their aptitudes.
