Abstract

                 Thesis entitled “Leadership according to the Four Immeasurables (Brahmavihāras) in Administration the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Provincial Buddhism Office of Nakhon Ratchasima” has three objectives: 1) study of Leadership according to the Four Immeasurables (Brahmavihāras) in Administration the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Provincial Buddhism Office of Nakhon Ratchasima, 2) compare the opinion level of Leadership according to the Four Immeasurables (Brahmavihāras) in Administration the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Provincial Buddhism Office of Nakhon Ratchasima that divided by position, educational background and working experience, 3) study method of  the Four Immeasurables (Brahmavihāras) and leadership of the school administrator of the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Provincial Buddhism Office of Nakhon Ratchasima. It is divided sampling group by used Krejeie and Morgan for 169 samples; this is divided as the administrator for 22 administrators and the teacher for 147 teachers. The tool that used to collect the data is Rating 5 Scales that examined by the expertise by IOC and earned the value between 0.60 to 1.00 and Reliability value earned 0.97, analyzed the data by computer package to calculate Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and test difference statistic by t-test and F-test

                 The research result is found that

1.   Leadership according to the Four Immeasurables (Brahmavihāras) in Administration the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Provincial Buddhism Office of Nakhon Ratchasima in overall and by side was in a most level. The highest mean is Loving-kindness or benevolence secondary is Empathetic joy, Equanimity and last ascending is Compassion

2.   Comparison result of Leadership according to the Four Immeasurables (Brahmavihāras) in Administration the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Provincial Buddhism Office of Nakhon Ratchasima that divided by position in overall and by side is differed in significant statistic level of 0.05

3.   Comparison result of Leadership according to the Four Immeasurables (Brahmavihāras) in Administration the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Provincial Buddhism Office of Nakhon Ratchasima that divided by educational background was not differed

4.   Comparison result of Leadership according to the Four Immeasurables (Brahmavihāras) in Administration the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma School, Provincial Buddhism Office of Nakhon Ratchasima that divided by working experience  in overall and by side is differed in significant statistic level of 0.05
