Abstract |
Abstract
The objectives of this research were; 1. to study the state of dual system educational administration of Pomnakarachsawatyanon School in Samutprakan province, 2. to compare the opinion towards dual system educational administration of Pomnakarachsawatyanon School in Samutprakan province, and 3. to propose an improvement guideline for dual system educational administration of Pomnakarachsawatyanon School in Samutprakan province. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The samples in the study were administrators, teachers and students of Pomnakarachsawatyanon School in Samutprakan province. 175 samples of 318 populations were obtained by the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The data were collected by questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and then analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffe’s test. The study results found that: 1. The opinion of administrators, teachers and students of Pomnakarachsawatyanon School in Samutprakan province towards dual system educational administration in teaching and learning, measurement and evaluation, and curriculum was at the high level in total and aspect. In details, the highest level was on teaching and learning ( = 4.28), followed by measurement and evaluation ( = 4.26), and curriculum ( = 4.16) respectively. 2. In comparison, ages, work experiences and enrollment reasons of administrators, teachers and students resulted to different levels of opinion towards dual system educational administration with a significant statistic figure at 0.05 as the hypothesis, but the subjects with different genders, educational backgrounds, positions, and salary had opinion towards dual system educational administration indifferently and against the study hypothesis.
