Abstract 

The objectives of this Thesis are 1. to study the condition of an academicadministration using Gharavasa-dhamma 4 for management in the secondary school. 2. to provide a guidance for develop an academic administration using Gharavasa-dhamma 4 for management of the secondary school in Wangnoi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.The thesis using 2 techniques integrated between quantitative research by using questionnaire and qualitative research by using In-depth interview from totally 183 persons of management level and instructors. The statistics used in the test were percentage, standard deviation and content analysis technique.

The research finding found that :

1.The result of studying the condition of an academic administration using Gharavasa-dhamma 4 for in the secondary schools Wangnoi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. show good result on overall. The best result reflect on course assessment with 3.86 points, for supplementary course is 3.84 points, the media for learning an teaching is 3.82 points, for learning and teaching is 3.80 points and 3.79 points for Syllabus.

2.The way to develop an academic administration using Gharavasa-dhamma 4 for management of the secondary school, Wangnoi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. is in 5 aspects that are 1. Syllabus 2. Learning and teaching 3. The media for learning and teaching 4. Supplementary course and 5. Course assessment in order to increase an efficiency.
