Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study of 4 Gharāvāsadhamma in Vipassana Meditation Practictioners in Daily Life: A Case Study of Wat Panyanantharam, Pathumthani Province and to analyze problems and suggestions of Dhamma practitioner at Wat Panyanantharam, Pathumthani Province. The sampling group was 196 practitioners. The research tool is a questionnaire with coefficient confidential at 0.96. The data analysis is through frequency, percentage, and average, standard deviation (S.D) t-test and f-test by one-way of variance (F-test). When found the significantly differences on statistics, researcher uses Scheffe’s Post hoc Comparison.
The findings were as following;
1) The 4 Gharāvāsadhamma practice of Vipassana Meditation Practictioners at Wat Panyanantharam, Pathumthani province had practiced 4 foundations of mindfulness in 4 sections, totally is in high level (= 4.06) starting from high to less level as following; in truthfulness (= 4.33), the practitioner was truthful to complete their assigned duties (= 4.53), in generosity (= 4.12), the practitioner works with sincerity and not stealing public properties (= 4.36), in tolerance (= 3.91), the practitioner has curiosity for one-self training without any conditions (= 4.09), and in respect of patience (= 3.87), practitioner takes responsibilities and works hard for themselves and others (= 4.13).
2) The Vipassana Meditation Practictioners with different gender, educational qualification, occupation, and amounts of time on Dhamma practice had followed Gharavasadhamma differently with statistical significance at 0.05
