This thesis entitled ‘An Application of the Four Bhãvanã Program for Enhancing Intellectual Well-being of Nursing Students’. The objective is to study the effects of using training program based on Four Bhãvanã-s on intellectual well-being of nursing students. This research was a quantitative research done by a quasi-experimental design along with capacity of one group pretest-posttest design, fifteen populations of first-year students of The Royal Thai Navy College of Nursing were used. The samples were tested by applying the application of the Four Bhãvanã Program consisting of seven activities in nine days. The data were collected through the questionnaire, and was analyzed by the Dependent Student T-test to show the differences between pre-test and post-test cognitive performance.
An Application of the Four Bhãvanã Program was operated for practice the expressions of awakening. The study indicates that the levels of awakening expression after practicing immediately and after practicing for four weeks were significantly higher than before the implementation by 0.001 level. 

            The suggestions gained from this research were that the nursing education institutes should organize training program based on Four Bhãvanã-s for nursing students by developing skilled staff for organizing the application of the Four Bhãvanã and also collaboration with Buddhist specialists and coordination among religious organizations. Those activities can be held before start activities of the application of the Four Bhãvanã-s in order to concretely improve intellectual well-being.
