Abstract
This research aims to change learning behavior to improve discipline and responsibility to duty and learning by enhancing through token economy reinforcement of the 4th grade primary school students, Wat Thorn Samor school, Thorn Samor sub-district, Thachang district, Singburi province with the following objectives; 1) to study the learning management by token economy enforcement to develop behavior of discipline in the history subject of the students; 2) to study the learning achievement of the students before and after study by token economy reinforcement. The data were collected from pretest – protest forms and student behavior observation form.
The result was found that using motivation by token economy reinforcement through praising or objects following the agreement in the classroom including students’ responsibility, focusing on learning and following up the learning outcomes. It made students enthusiastic for more learning and positively affected the circumstance of learning in the classroom. Incidentally students have more enthusiasm for learning, duty responsibility, no absence or late coming. They had intention to participate activities in the classroom or outside and they also work by responsibility, complete it on time, help one another with willingness. Also, their learning achievement after study was higher than before study with the statistical significant level at 0.05.
