Abstract
There were the two objectives in this thesis 1) to study the creation of Learning Activities According to the Threefold Training for Developing the Achievement of the 3rd Secondary School Students in Taweewattana Secondary School, Chongnonsi, Yannawa District ,Bangkok 2) to study the learning achievement of Learning Activities According to the Threefold Training for Developing the Achievement of the 3rd Secondary School Students in Taweewattana Secondary School, Chongnonsi, Yannawa District, Bangkok This research was the experimental work. The sample was the twenty students with the 3rd Secondary School in the Taweewattana school, Chongnonsi, Yannawa district, Bangkok.
Findings were as follows
1. This learning model emphasized the most important students by using the activities and the principle of to the Threefold Training which consists of 3 parts as namely Sila helps students develop the good behavior that was the charity, gratitude, honesty and self-discipline. Samadhi help develop the mentality to students who have the intention, concentration and the environment that was useful to knowledge management in the school. Panna helps develop the wisdom that was the enlightenment until the faith, opinion, knowledge, realization, adjustment, criticism, creative thinking, knowledge management, and analysis.
The students have the practice to search the information, to make the questions and the analytical thinking along with the steps of activities for learning by to the Threefold Training. They had learnt how to work together, acted in the law and they could control their body and verbal action. These focused on the concentration in the learning activities, because they had not interested in the outside and inside irritating things. When their mind was not serious, confused and press, their mind love and concentrate in the learning activities that promoted them to create the wisdom and they could develop the quality of body, mindfulness and wisdom.
2. The learning achievement of the students in 3rd Secondary had got the instruction by the principle of to the Threefold Training in the learning core of Buddhism on chanting the suttas, proclaiming the loving kindness and exercising the mind and cultivating the wisdom. These were done by the researcher and compared the learning achievement before and after the learning in the same sampling. After learning, the examination scores were higher than before learning. The difference of the examination’s scores was statistically significant at 0.05.
