Abstract

              The purposes of the research entitled “The Satisfaction of the Crematory Management of the Community in Tap Kung Sub-district, Nongsaeng District, Udonthani Province” were; 1) to study the satisfaction of Crematory Management in accordance with the way of Buddhism 2) to study the enhancement of the satisfaction of the crematory management of the community in Tap Kung Sub-district, Nongsaeng District, Udonthani Province and 3) to study the comparison of the satisfaction of crematory management of the community in Tap Kung Sub-district, Nongsaeng District, Udonthini Province. This research was the quantitative research and the data was collected from people who came to participate in the crematory ceremony of the community in Tap Kung Sub-district, Nongsaeng District, Udonthani Province consisting of 316 subjects by using the questionnaires. The features of questionnaires are both opened and non-opened ends. The analysis of data was done by the ready-made program.

              The results of research were found that to enhance the satisfaction of the crematory management of the community in Tap Kung Sub-district,

Nongsaeng District, udonthani as a whole was in the high level ( ). When each item was considered in detail, every item was in the high level

              The results of comparison in enhancing the satisfaction of the crematory management of the community in Tap Kung Sub-district, Nongsaeng District, Uodonthani Province, testing the hypothesis by analyzing the variable difference were found that the results of comparison of the satisfaction of the crematory management of the community in Tap Kung Sub-district, Nongsaeng District, Udonthani Province divided by sex age, level of education and occupation leading to answer the hypothesis as set were found that the sex of the informants who have the opinion towards the enhancement of the satisfaction of crematory management as a whole was statistically significant difference at 0.05 that is compliance with the hypothesis as designated, while age, level of education and occupation of the informants who have the opinions towards the enhancement of the satisfaction of the crematory management as a whole were not statistically significant difference at 0.05 level that was negative with the hypothesis as designated.

              The suggestion concerning the enhancement of the satisfaction of crematory management of the community in Tap Kung Sub-district consisting of abstaining from killing the creatures was found that people in Tap Kung Sub-district should have loving-kindness towards the creatures, to know how to restrain their own minds and to abstain from stealing the property. The family of the manger of the crematory ceremony must pay attention and to have the virtues and morality and to encourage people to abstain stealing from the period of cradle age. In the aspect of violation of sexual misconduct of Tap Kung folks should culture the consciousness and protect themselves when they participate in the ceremony. The aspect of abstaining from telling a lie will be the way to culture person to be honesty  and shame not to tell a lie or speak obscenity and in the aspect of drinking alcoholic , people in Tap Kung Sub-district should campaign to let people know the disaster and to realize of the offence in drinking the alcoholic
