Abstract
The purposes of this research were; (1) to study the concept of learning and teaching in compliance with the Four Paths of Accomplishment (2) to study the condition of problems in the learning and teaching management of Buddhist Subjects of the instructors in Pali Sathit School of Wat Srisaket, Maung District Nongkhai Province and (3) to offer the guidelines of learning and teaching management of Buddhist subjects in accordance with the Four Paths of Accomplishment of the instructors in Pali Sathit School of Wat Srisaket, Maung District, Nongkhai Province. This research was the quantitative research.
The results of research were found that from the concept and the theory related with learning and teaching, it could be concluded that learning and teaching mean the processes of learning associated with each other between the learners and instructors by doing that the instructors provide the experience in various learnings for the learners such as providing the matterial and instrumental medias for teaching and learning all together with construction of atmostphere in educational institutions and technical usage and the various methods of teachings in order to enhance the learnings for the learners. The concepts and theories related with the learning and teaching consisted of 6 aspects, that is, in aspect of curriculums, aspect of technical teaching, aspect of activity management of learning and teaching, aspect of usage of learning and teaching instruments, in aspect of management of environment and atmosphere in learning and teaching and aspect of assasment and evaluation. The principle and the concept concerning the Four Paths of Accomplishment mean the study of the Four Paths of Acommomplishment in accordance with the Buddha’s teaching that came from the ancient time application in the present. The Buddha said about a lot of processes in accordance with the principles of the Four Paths of Accomplishment regarding that the teachings were not old, they could be applied for use, that is, aspiration, effort, thoughtfulness and investigation and the problems of learning and teaching management on the Buddhist subjects of the teachers in the Pali Sathit School of Wat Srisaket, Maung District, Nongkhami Province.
The concepts of students from all 217 populations were found that the most informants’ statuses were 201 novices descending to the 16 Buddhist monks calculating into 7.37%. The most informants’ ages ranged from 16 to 18 years consisting of 91 informants calculating in the level of 41.9%. The most informants were studying in Matthayom Suksa 6 consisting of 37 informants calculating in 17.0%.While in the aspect of Dhamma study, the most 100 informants graduated in the second grade of Dhamma study calculating in the level 46.1% and in the aspect of Pali study, 100 informants graduated in the level of Pali 1-2 calculating in the level of 59.0% respectively.
The results of conceptual comparison in the learning and teaching management of Buddhist subjects in accordance with the principles of the Four Paths of Accomplishment of the instructors in Pali Sathit School of Wat Srisaket, Maung District, Nongkhai Province that tested the hypothesis by analyzing the difference of variables were found that the concepts of learning and teaching management of the Buddhist subjects in accordance with the principles of the Four Paths of Accomplishment of the instructors in Pali Sathit School of Wat Srisaket, Maung District, Nongkhai Province by dividing into the statuses and ages of the students who had the concepts in the learning and teaching management of Buddhist subjects in accordance with the principles of the Four Path of Accomplishment as a whole were in the statistically significant difference at 0.05 in compliance with the hypothesis as designated. While the level of educational classes, qualification of Dhamma Study and Pali Study of the students who had he concepts in learning and teaching management of Buddhist subjects in accordance with the principle of the Four Paths of Accomplishment as a whole were not the statistically significant difference at 0.05 as designated.
